1. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Free of Charge

We offer Free Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders. You only pay when your order arrives at your doorstep – no advance payment required.

2. Shipping Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• Delivery time typically takes:
  • 2 to 5 business days for major cities
  • 3 to 7 business days for remote or rural areas

3. Shipping Areas

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Some remote locations may require additional delivery time or may be excluded based on courier service limitations.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact number is correct and active.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If you are unavailable, the parcel may be returned to us. We may contact you for re-confirmation in such cases.

6. Packaging & Handling

We ensure that all products are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please inform us immediately with photos for prompt support.

7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
